Sperm morphology scoring tells us what proportion of the sperm are shaped normally.
Very low morphology scores can indicate male infertility problems. Because not all labs and technicians use exactly the same criteria for what is a "normal" sperm, morphology percentages will vary significantly between laboratories (it is a subjective assessment).
