• Sperm morphology scoring tells us what proportion of the sperm are shaped normally.
• Very low morphology scores can indicate male infertility problems.
• Because not all labs and technicians use exactly the same criteria for what is a "normal" sperm, morphology percentages vary significantly between laboratories.
