Pricing varies based on insurance coverage & selected add-ons |
Please Note: IVF prices and packages do not include medication costs, prescreening testing, or pregnancy testing/monitoring, and are subject to change.
At AFCC, we aim to make costs as clear and understandable as possible. The prices listed on this page reflect our self‑pay (‘cash’) rates. These rates are paid upfront unless we receive written confirmation from your insurance company stating that they will cover the services.
Self‑pay rates are often used by patients who don’t have fertility insurance coverage or who simply choose to pay out of pocket. Please note that self-pay pricing does not reflect the rates billed to insurance.
It’s also important to know that insurance companies do not cover IVF packages, because there is no single CPT code for an “IVF package.” Instead, insurance requires us to bill each procedure individually. Because every IVF cycle is unique, the total amount billed to insurance depends on which specific services are performed during your treatment.
